A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Does RoveMeals cover every meal?

Yes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, shakes, and smoothies. Plans can be edited meal by meal.

Can I choose dietary preferences?

Yes. Set household planning preferences or use independent recipe filters. Categories rely on recipe labels. Always review ingredients and package labels for your needs, especially allergies.

How accurate are the calories and macros?

They are approximate planning estimates, not verified nutrition analysis. Brands, portions, substitutions, and preparation change the values. RoveMeals does not provide medical or individualized sports nutrition advice.

Can I order groceries directly?

You can copy your remaining list and open Amazon, DoorDash, ShopRite, Walmart, or Costco. These are website handoffs, not connected carts, live price comparisons, or automatic checkout.

Does it work offline or across devices?

Local planning and grocery features work while the loaded planner stays open. Signing in or reopening the protected planner requires internet, as do account drafts, community, and sync. Enable optional private cloud sync and sign in with the same account to use saved meal data across devices.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Use your browser, or add RoveMeals to your home screen in a supported browser. It works on desktop, iPhone, and Android browsers.

How do I get started?

Choose Get started free, then email or ChatGPT. Email uses a six-digit sign-in code; ChatGPT uses your existing account or lets you create one. RoveMeals does not ask for a separate password. Use the same method each time: email and ChatGPT accounts have separate saved data. You’ll return to your food preferences to choose people, dietary preference, and cooking time.

Will other people see my meals?

Your meal plan stays in your browser unless you enable private account sync. Synced plans, notes, and recipes are scoped to your account. Kitchen conversations from the original private preview remain restricted to that group and are not included for new beta members.
